Manufacturing Technician (Production)

Title: Manufacturing Tech Location: Santa Rosa CA Duration: 12 months B Shift: Thurs - Sat Alt Wed 6AM - 6:15AM Job Summary: Performs various functions to support the manufacturing of pigment in accordance with quality standards and production schedules. Responsibilities: Follow directions, policies, written job instructions, and adhere to safety protocols. Manufacture products according to specifications and work orders Monitor product quality against established parameters Conduct inspections on raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets Document relevant information accurately and efficiently Utilize computer systems for data entry and communication purposes Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly when needed Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledgeable in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control Strong work ethic, ability to get along with others, and excellent Leadership skills.
