We are now in search of an ambitious and driven Entry Level Sales Representative in Fort Lauderdale to support our AT&T campaign. This role directly involves you in connecting with potential customers, demonstrating the service's superior capabilities, and expanding our subscriber base with premium sales solutions. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining expert knowledge of AT&T products and services, as well as mastering proven direct sales strategies. You will develop expertise in initiating persuasive conversations, conducting compelling presentations, identifying customer needs, and expertly guiding individuals through the sales and enrollment process. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative Deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of AT&T wireless home internet. Initiate conversations with potential customers in the Fort Lauderdale area to promote AT&T services. Assess customer internet needs through questioning and active listening to recommend tailored AT&T solutions. Skillfully handle customer inquiries and objections by clearly explaining AT&T's value proposition and providing accurate service information. Manage the entire sales process with customers, including initial contact, needs analysis, solution presentation, and enrollment completion. Complete sales documents and contracts accurately on tablet systems, adhering to AT&T and company standards. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs for new customer acquisitions. Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of all AT&T products, services, promotions, and competitor offerings. Manage assigned areas efficiently, planning routes and prioritizing engagements to maximize productivity and sales opportunities. Participate actively in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training, continuously refining sales techniques and product knowledge.
