Project Manager - Disputes and Ediscovery

Beacon Hill is seeking a Project Manager - Disputes & eDiscovery to join a leading law firm's litigation support team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity ideal for an experienced professional with a background in eDiscovery, litigation technology, and client-facing project management. Key responsibilities and qualifications: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned eDiscovery and litigation projects, providing expert-level guidance on workflows, review protocols, and best practices * Coordinate all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including data identification, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production * Manage complex litigation and large-scale document reviews by developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans * Utilize advanced technology, including generative AI, technology-assisted review (TAR), and other analytics tools to streamline project execution * Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, delivering updates and resolving issues as they arise * Support operational excellence by standardizing workflows and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements * Lead cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for Analysts and Senior Analysts * Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and accurate deliverables * Stay current with industry regulations, innovations, and tools to recommend process improvements and technological enhancements * Conduct quality assurance checks on all client-facing deliverables Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field required * 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or document review with a proven track record of successful project management * Strong familiarity with leading eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw, and analytics tools * Prior experience managing eDiscovery matters involving federal and state jurisdictions * Demonstrated experience with eFiling in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Federal Court systems is a plus * Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
