Mailroom Clerk Cincinnati, OH 8/27/2025 - 11/21/2025 Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Interview Type: In-Person Job Description: This position will consist of Sorting mail, delivering mail, checking in and delivering packages, finishing, production print, pick and packing orders. The manager is looking for someone who is self motivated, detail oriented, able to work with a team and alone, able to lead and take initiative. Candidates should have the ability to answer phone calls on the switchboard. There will be walking or standing all day with opportunities to sit. Candidate Profile Self-motivated and detail-oriented Able to work both independently and in a team Comfortable taking initiative and leading when necessary Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in a related field (or equivalent) Preferred: Experience with copy/print jobs May require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage (per Ricoh policy) Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service skills Strong PC and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic mathematical and filing skills Proficient in using office machines and technical equipment Working Conditions & Physical Demands Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels Diverse work assignments requiring comprehension and application of complex information Physical activity includes: Standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing Lifting/moving items up to 50-55 lbs Pushing/pulling wheeled machines up to 700 lbs Walking between buildings may be necessary Moderate dexterity required (e.g., calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination) Opportunities to sit during the day Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
