Date Posted: 08/26/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 487574 Industry: Financial Services Job Title: Corporate Trust Associate Job Location: New Castle, DE, USA, 19720 Work Model: Hybrid Work Model Details: Hybrid -3 days onsite and 2 days remote Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 7 Min Hourly Rate ($): 55.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 60.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Banking/Financial, Corporate Actions, MS Office Experience Desired: Operations, transaction management, product management (2+ yrs); Deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients (2+ yrs); Microsoft Excel experience (2+ yrs) Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree **C2C is not available** Job Description Required Education: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 2-5 years of relevant experience (e.g., operations, transaction management, product management) • Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate • Ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements • Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge • Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Overview: • Intermediate Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions • Assist in implementing and maintaining new and existing transactions Job Duties: • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of capital markets transactions including but not limited to Aviation loan facilities/ABS Aircraft Securitizations • Support transaction managers in managing high volume New Loan Draws/Funding/Amortization/Prepayments/Interest Payments/Commitment Fees/Amendments to Credit and Security Agreements • Manage Lender Waiver Requests & ongoing communication with the Aviation Banking Team, Delaware Loan Ops, and TM on both new and existing facilities • Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions, including posting documents to Debt Domain • Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant rate reset notices • Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to client • Assist with management of document custody request of releases • Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions • Adhere to client's Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing, and deal maintenance • Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity, and reporting • Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients • In all matters, demonstrate particular consideration for the bank's reputation and safeguarding client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
