Change Coordinator

Experience: Preferred: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 1-2 years of relevant experience in product, project, or support engineering for a manufacturer. Experience with valves, pumps, electric motors, and electro-mechanical products. Production and/or Support Engineering experience. Experience with electro-mechanical devices and components. Familiarity with fluid applications, pressure containing vessel design, and valves. 3D CAD software expertise (Pro/E, Creo preferred). Experience with product lifecycle management software (Windchill preferred). Experience working with team members in multiple countries and across time zones. Working knowledge of MS Project. Experience with residential and commercial building HVAC processes and equipment. Experience with regulatory and listing agencies such as UL, FM, CSA, and CE mark. One or more years of experience in the use of PTC Windchill. One or more years of experience with PTC Creo Parametric, including implementation, configuration, testing, administration, and simulation. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities. Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary, and virtual teams to achieve goals. Qualification And Education: Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
