As an Client Support Representative, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to become an expert in wireless services and relationship management. This program develops your exceptional skills in direct client interaction and problem resolution, teaching you to anticipate needs and provide proactive support. You'll master client education and retention strategies to build lasting satisfaction and loyalty, equipping you to foster strong relationships and drive our continued success. Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Representative Assist clients with the onboarding process, ensuring successful activation and understanding of their essential phone and internet services. Proactively address client inquiries and concerns regarding their service, billing, or device functionality, offering clear and patient explanations. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, such as phone activation, SIM card issues, to provide immediate resolutions for clients. Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly within our customer relationship management system. Identify opportunities to educate clients on additional features or services that could further enhance their connectivity experience. Gather valuable client feedback on service quality and support experiences, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless transitions and escalated issue resolution for clients. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of all wireless products, service changes, and program updates.
