In this role, you will be crucial in providing foundational support to Residential customers, building essential customer service skills, and contributing to a collaborative and positive team dynamic. We are seeking motivated and customer-centric individuals eager to begin their customer service career journey, with a passion for providing outstanding support to customers in the Tampa area. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in handling initial inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring positive customer interactions, setting the stage for long-term customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills within a thriving organization dedicated to delivering exceptional results for the Frontier campaign. Main Job Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative: Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Tampa area, providing friendly, efficient, and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions. Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps to resolve common technical issues, utilizing provided resources and knowledge base articles. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring clear and concise records of inquiries and resolutions. Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems. Collaborate with senior customer service representatives and team leads to learn best practices, improve communication skills, and enhance your understanding of Frontier services. Participate in training programs and team meetings to develop your knowledge of Frontier products, services, and company policies, expanding your customer service expertise. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, actively seeking opportunities to assist colleagues and share knowledge.
