The Telecom Sales Specialist 's Core Functions: Articulate the advantages of Lumen's service offerings to customers. Collaborate with partners to secure internet business. Liaise with the Telecom Sales Specialist team for support. Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle. Proactively generate new business opportunities through various methods (calls, visits, networking, leads, proposals, appointments). Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure retention and revenue growth. Continuously update expertise in emerging technologies and Lumen's products.
