Accounts Payable Manager About the Organization: Accounts Payable Manager Creative Financial Staffing of New York is working with a leading food industry organization located in the Hunts Point, Bronx area They are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team and report directly to the controller Some perks include 100% paid medical, dental and vision (for yourself and your family as well), a free on-site gym and company events Parking onsite and accessible via bus Role Responsibilties- Accounts Payable Manager Manage a team made up of an AP Supervisor and AP Clerks Ensure payments get sent out accurately and timely Manage internal customer relationships (including business partners and vendors) Manage AP Mailbox, vendor setups, invoices and disbursements, vendor reconciliations and analysis Reconcile and track and PO process and resolve variances Develop, coach and mentor the team to provide learning and development opportunities for professional growth and cross training Preferred Experience- Accounts Payable Manager 4+ years of managerial experience 7+ years of AP Experience BA Degree preferred Zendesk experience (or a similar software) is a huge plus
