Maintenance Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Oxford area who is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 8am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday and overtime on weekends as needed. Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform basic fabrication and repairs to keep equipment functioning efficiently Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Assist with troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and machine timing systems Support general production needs, which may include sewing, fabric cutting, and grommet installation Respond to maintenance requests promptly and document completed work accurately Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Solid understanding of mechanical systems and experience using hand and power tools Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and PLCs Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Willingness to support production operations and assist across departments as needed Sewing or textile production experience is a plus Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting
