Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for an insurance defense law firm in Houston. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters, including trial preparation and case management. This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and allows for one day of remote work. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence Summarize depositions, medical records, and other legal documents Conduct legal and factual research using various tools and databases Organize and maintain case files, research materials, and litigation databases Assist with trial preparation and provide support during trial proceedings Review legal forms and documents for accuracy and compliance Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external parties in a professional manner Utilize e-discovery tools to manage and analyze electronically stored information Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in: Premises liability Products liability Construction litigation Commercial litigation Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation procedures, and court rules Proficiency in legal research and document analysis Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Experience with trial preparation and in-trial support is essential Familiarity with e-discovery platforms is preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
