Responsibilities: Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Prepare and process payments (check runs, ACH, wire transfers) Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and payment processing Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role Strong Excel and data entry skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
