Assembly Lead - Bilingual Preferred Hot Water Lead Job Duties: Planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that products are being made in a timely and efficient manner. Assisting production supervisor in overseeing the kettle, pickle, weigh out or other operational areas. Directing personnel on work assignments within a group based upon management's recommendations. Making adjustments to production schedules as needed. Providing guidance, instruction and direction to employees. Assigning proper jobs to staff. Ensuring smooth transition of work and information to alternative shifts. Assisting in inventory control. Updating required production reports.
