They are looking to add an Admin/ Compliance coordinator to the team!! Here are some things to know about our Client: It is a large complex with over 6 million square feet of space. It is home to over 300 businesses, including restaurants, shops, art galleries, and offices. It hosts a variety of events, including art shows, concerts, and festivals. It is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Monthly Billing: Execute the monthly billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices. Credit Card Management: Oversee company credit cards, including processing payments, reconciling statements, and managing cardholder accounts. Insurance Administration: Manage tenant insurance enrollment, guiding tenants through the process and ensuring accurate data entry into the system. This includes explaining insurance requirements and troubleshooting tenant issues. Compliance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on various programs to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Overdue Invoice Management: Monitor and manage invoices over 90 days, securing necessary approvals for payment processing.
