ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform Clinical Support Tasks Clinic Folder Preparation o Print and fold therapy brochures and other clinic-related documents o Maintain inventory of clinic folders and materials Clinic Handouts o Maintain and update Transition Packets (English & Spanish) o Maintain and update Down Syndrome Guidelines by Age (English & Spanish) o Provide other handouts upon team request Patient Records Management
