Part Time Bookkeeper About the Company & Opportunity Extremely stable design firm in existence over 40 years This position is on site, located in Suffern, NY Part time schedule, max 15 hours, with flexibility to choose your own days/times of work Friendly atmosphere with team-oriented staff Responsibilities Bookkeeping responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with accounts payable and receivable transactions and review of timesheets for payroll processing Assist with data entry and setting up bills via Quickbooks Deposit checks Vendor communication Assist Director of Finance with ad hoc responsibilities Administrative focused Experience Preferred 2+ years of accounting / bookkeeping of relevant experience Experience with Quickbooks a plus Strong sense of organization and attention to detail #INFEB2024 #CBFEB2024
