Work with both the CIO and CTO handle the deployment and integrations to company security solutions Research security breaches and fix future breaches and issues Conduct regularly security awareness training to help maintain employee compliance and consistency. Work with and engage with the systems and networking teams to make sure companywide security policy if followed and monitored Preferred Qualifications for the Director of IT Security Minimum of 5 years working in IT Security General experience in enterprise security architecture design Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cyber Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems) Certifications in either GIAC Security Essentials or ISACA Certified Information Security Manager Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills #LI-RT1 #INMAY2025 #ZRCFSTECH
