This pivotal role is your launchpad to leadership, drive daily operations, mentor sales teams, and fuel growth for our client campaign! As an Junior Assistant Manager, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training in advanced team leadership, performance coaching, operational management, and Frontier's diverse product portfolio. This program develops your exceptional mentorship, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, teaching you to guide and motivate a high-performing sales force. This program prepares you to lead, oversee daily operations, train sales teams, and deliver results for the client. Key Responsibilities of the Junior Assistant Manager Support the Senior Manager in overseeing daily operations for direct sales and customer acquisition teams. Coach and mentor entry-level sales reps and support associates in communication, product knowledge, and ethical sales practices. Lead daily team meetings, deliver motivational briefings, product updates, and goal-setting sessions to drive performance. Train and develop new hires, lead learning sessions, and provide hands-on field support. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against goals, pinpoint improvements, and celebrate wins. Ensure compliance with all company policies, client guidelines, and industry regulations during customer interactions. Assist in managing territory assignments and logistics for field sales activities, ensuring efficient coverage and optimal results. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the team regarding Frontier products, services, current promotions, and problem-solving strategies. Help foster a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment, driving morale and engagement. Step in to provide direct customer engagement and sales support as needed, leading by example and assisting with complex client situations. Contribute to reporting and data analysis to provide insights into team performance and market trends. Participate in leadership development workshops and strategic planning sessions to prepare for a full management role.
