HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST Established client is seeking support of an Human Resources Specialist to assist with recruiting, onboarding activities, and employee relations. Salary is $65-$80k ABOUT THE COMPANY This nonprofit health center has been providing affordable, whole-person care to underserved communities for over 20 years. With a focus on physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, it offers a wide range of services and supports patients regardless of income or insurance status. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST: The Human Resources Specialist will spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts; The Human Resources Specialist will post jobs, review resumes and schedule applicants, and perform reference checks Handle employee relations and verify employment Field Benefits questions and handle updates for Paycom Support other HR functions, as needed EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST: The Human Resources Specialist must have experience with all aspects of recruiting and using an ATS A "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for people is a must for this role 3-5 years experience leading HR Functions Salary is $65-$80k . This is a Hybrid position.
