HR Business Partner As the HR Business Partner , you'll be responsible for providing strategic HR support to leaders and employees, guiding employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development matters. Lead initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices are compliant and aligned with company values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. Manufacturing industry experience nice to see. #INJUL2025
