Job Title: Remote Insurance Verification Team Lead Location: Fully Remote - All equipment provided Eligible Areas: Candidates must currently reside near DFW TX to be considered. Contract Length: Starting November 1st through mid-February 2026 Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00/hr Schedule: Full-time | Hours vary between 7AM-7PM CST / 8AM-8PM EST Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed About the Role: Are you an experienced leader in the healthcare field looking to work from home? In this role, you'll provide daily guidance, training, and performance monitoring for a team of remote Benefit Verification Specialists. You'll be instrumental in driving productivity, maintaining service standards, and ensuring top-quality results are achieved on every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily direction and workflow oversight for remote team members handling benefit verifications Deliver real-time coaching and performance feedback to ensure accuracy and efficiency Monitor productivity metrics and quality targets; intervene when benchmarks are at risk Support the training and onboarding of seasonal team members Identify challenges within the process and propose actionable solutions Escalate issues according to established protocols Foster strong communication and engagement across the team Assist with the development and refinement of training materials and documentation Promote a positive, results-oriented culture through active support and leadership What We're Looking For: 2+ years of healthcare experience in one or more of the following: specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, insurance verification, or medical office support 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role Experience in high-volume benefit investigations is highly preferred Comfortable leading a fully remote team High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proven ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues quickly, and keep team members engaged Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite This Role Could Be a Fit If You: Excel in high-energy, fast-paced environments Enjoy supporting others and helping a team hit their goals Have experience balancing quality and productivity in remote work settings Are adaptable, coachable, and solution-oriented If you're ready to take your leadership experience to the next level with a company that values your skills and supports your growth "” apply now!
