Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hanover, PA About the Company and Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity CFS is partnering with a repeat client in Hanover, PA to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to cover for a medical leave on a contract basis Schedule: Fully on site in Hanover, PA. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Salary: $45,000-$55,000 Job Duties of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: Assist with accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment posting, and collections support Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, and online payments) Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Research and respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and payments Monitor aging reports and assist with follow-up on past due balances Support cash application, adjustments, write-offs, and credit memos Prepare AR reports for management including weekly aging summaries Collaborate with accounting team members on special projects as needed Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist: 2-3 years of AR or accounting experience required Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required Proficient in Excel Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and reconciliation skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus but not required #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS
