Client Service Representative North Fort Worth, TX (76131) | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $17.00 per hour • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday • W2, Temp-to-Hire ROLE IMPACT As a Client Service Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction. Your responsiveness and attention to detail will directly impact customer retention and service excellence as the company continues its rapid growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to meet or exceed service benchmarks • Collaborate with internal departments to support custom client requests • Manage customer-focused projects from initiation through completion • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving in daily customer interactions MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of call center or account management experience • Demonstrated history of job stability • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal abilities CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Multi-channel communication platforms (phone, chat, email) • CRM software (preferred) • Project tracking or ticketing systems • Microsoft Office Suite • Internal knowledgebase and SOPs • Customer order or account management systems • Team collaboration tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in a fast-growing or scaling organization • Familiarity with service level KPIs • Prior client-facing B2B support background By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
