HR Specialist

HR Specialist Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations at a respected senior living community. This onsite role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters Facilitate onboarding and orientation, including I-9 processing, training coordination, and benefits communication Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and act as a liaison between staff and HR leadership Track open positions and provide timely updates to leadership Contribute to HR initiatives and help enhance internal processes and policies Qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience in an administrative, generalist, or managerial role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required) Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Why Join This Team?
