Job Title: Title Clerk Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hr+ , depending on experience Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our client's team in Dallas. This role involves customer and dealer interaction, accurate title processing, and support with general clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities Process, transfer, and release title documents in compliance with state requirements Communicate with customers, dealers, DMVs, and clerks to resolve title issues and ensure lien perfection Manage repo and delinquent titles, including follow-up and auction release documents Handle daily clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing Qualifications 2+ years of auto title, DMV, or repo experience preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills Professional, well-spoken, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Positive attitude, quick learner, and strong team player Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
