Job Summary: Inspect Painted and Plated Parts per work Instructions, Blueprints, Specifications and Customer Data for Compliance to Customer Requirements, Visual Criteria, Adhesion Testing and for Processing, Masking, Packaging, and shipping requirements. Assist with light design work and operating CNC Laser cutter and 3D printer to make in-house tooling shop aids. The Inspector shall be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Interpret customer documentation, specifications, and work order instructions. Document inspection results. Must be able to perform required inspection. Accept or reject inspection data based on specifications requirements. Track & maintain jobs, receiving log, inspection log and as required certifications. Use inspection equipment, review, approve and schedule reinspection's as required. Additional responsibilities: Light design work using CAD software to manufacture in-house tooling and shop aids used for production Operate CNC Laser Cutter and 3D Printer as required. Part Mark using inkjet marking machine Demonstrated Ability to: Understand and Interpret Specifications, Customer Quality Requirements, NADCAP Quality Requirements, Job Specific Quality requirements and document the results. Six months prior inspection required
