QC Inspector

RF Microwave Quality Control Inspector-Nashua, NH Temp to Perm Incoming and Final Inspection Salary will be commensurate with experience Under limited supervision, performs visual/mechanical inspections on moderate to complex components, assemblies, subassemblies to ensure compliance to applicable quality specifications and standards. Must be capable of, reading and interpreting prints, drawing changes, understanding parts lists, and corresponding item numbers. Includes familiarity with assembly hardware, chemical, safety, and ESD awareness. Performing visual/mechanical inspections using various precision measuring devices and microscopes to military and customer specifications, ability to interpret electrical variables data. Review of final inspection, assembly, and test records to ensure full compliance with customer orders, drawings, and specifications. Experience performing final mechanical inspection a plus. Proficient using all precision measuring tools. Understanding of ISO9000 and/or AS9100 quality management systems required. Able to demonstrate proper inspection techniques to auditors, customers, and source inspectors. Knowledge of and ability to interpret IPC610, J-STD001, customer and MIL standards. IPC/ training and certification preferred. Required to be self-motivated, good people skills are a must. Customer focused. Must be detail-oriented, with effective organizational skills, including strong time-management, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Previous Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in quality field.
