Keller is looking for an Administrative Assistant based out of our Miami, FL location. Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day administrative management by: Greeting visitors and callers, handling their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Monitoring access to the building. Handling correspondence, including sorting, and distributing mail, emails, and packages. Ordering and organizing office and cleaning supplies - Monitors office supply inventory, places orders, and ensures stock is maintained in common areas. Performing clerical tasks: Assists with administrative duties like data entry, filing, and document preparation (e.g. vendor credit applications). Maintaining the reception area: Keeps the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and tidy to create a professional first impression. Assisting with office upkeep: Coordinates with maintenance/cleaning staff to ensure the office facilities are well-maintained. Providing support: Offers clerical assistance and support to other departments and team members as required. Onboarding of new employees Assisting with EEO compliance Qualifications Previous experience performing the responsibilities detailed above preferred. Knowledge on how to operate office equipment such as copiers, phone systems, scanners, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). A High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework in accounting or general administration preferred but not required. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Must speak English. Spanish a plus. Previous construction industry experience preferred but not required, including experience with vendor releases, notice to owner, etc. Additional Information Salary Range : $20-30/hr Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law Benefits: 401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Holiday Pay Keller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
