Child Development Specialist

As a Behavior Technician, you will discover wow in your career by teaching children while playing and following a treatment plan tailored to each child's needs. You will observe play, collect data, and write progress notes to help children develop essential life skills and work towards goals that transform challenging behaviors into effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or the ability to obtain it within 45 days of hire. Additionally, they should have prior experience working with children, be energetic, playful, creative, and able to think on their feet. They must also be dependable, someone their clients and their families can count on, and comfortable learning our data collection software and utilizing Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
