Telehealth Nurse Compensation Pay rate: $40.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Telehealth Nurse Highlights This position is hybrid (2 days onsite per week, 3 days remote) Locations: Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST (Cary) or 10am-7pm CST (Fort Worth) Contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs Telehealth Nurse Responsibilities Counsel and educate patients on specialty drug therapies, including FDA REMS-mandated medications (verbatim statements required) Ensure patients and caregivers understand therapy regimens, schedule refills, and collect copays when applicable Discuss side effects, treatment alternatives, and support adherence to ongoing therapies Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to appropriate authorities Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and HIPAA requirements Collaborate with pharmacy support teams to ensure timely and accurate drug delivery Act as a patient-provider conduit to support therapeutic longevity and adherence Telehealth Nurse Requirements Active RN license in North Carolina or Texas and in good standing Must live within one hour of Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience Must enjoy phone-based work (up to 8 hours daily) Must be comfortable with repetitive, structured work (FDA statement repetition required) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Traits Strong communication and patient education skills Detail-oriented with excellent documentation practices Comfortable with high-volume, phone-based patient interactions If you think this Telehealth Nurse position is a good fit for you, please reach out today - call, email, or apply to this posting!
