Role : Server Technician/ Enterprise Technician Pay Rate : $30+/hr Job Description In this role you will be delivering infrastructure installation and upgrade services to our customers spanning a large enterprise product line including storage, virtualization, and other networking devices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1) 2-5 years of experience in IT field service or infrastructure support, with data center experience preferred. 2) Strong working knowledge of server hardware, networking fundamentals, storage systems, and structured cabling standards for copper and fiber optics. 3) Proficient in interpreting technical documentation, including network topology diagrams, rack elevation plans, and design specifications. 4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5) Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of professionalism and customer focus. 6) Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining attention to detail. 7) Familiarity with and adherence to safety procedures and protocols. Preferred Qualifications: 1) Industry -recognized certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, Cisco CCNA; Dell certifications preferred. 2) Familiarity with data center infrastructure management (DCIM), ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and service documentation. ***Interested candidates should reply with their resume and location for immediate consideration***
