Key Responsibilities (Assistant Controller): Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and monthly close Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis alongside leadership Manage audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements Mentor and develop accounting staff, ensuring strong controls and efficiency Qualifications (Assistant Controller): Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory duties Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) #CFStaffing #Finance #Accounting
