Supply Chain Junior Buyer í¢€“ Production Focus Pay Rate: From $30.00/hr Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Work Type: On-site About the Role Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Junior Buyer to support our production operations. This role is key to ensuring timely procurement, smooth logistics, and strong supplier relationships, all critical to keeping our manufacturing running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle purchasing tasks including pricing, invoicing, and resolving discrepancies Partner with internal manufacturing and planning teams to identify risks and improve procurement processes Coordinate logistics across procurement, transportation, and warehousing Develop strategies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce delays Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal departments to resolve quality or logistics issues Qualifications Fluent in English and Chinese Experience sourcing parts domestically and internationally Strong negotiation and analytical skills Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet analysis Familiar with ERP systems, MRP, and consignment program management Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
