We are actively seeking a seasoned Control Panel Assembler from 5am -1:30pm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading-edge team that designs and manufactures state-of-the-art control panels for a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing control panels according to specific blueprints and schematics. OT Pay Excellent medical, dental, vision benefits PTO Job Details Responsibilities: Assemble, wire, and test control panels in accordance with specific blueprints and schematics. Inspect and troubleshoot panels and circuits to identify any defects or malfunctions. Use hand and power tools to install and connect wires, cables, and hardware. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and execute assembly instructions. Ensure all control panels are assembled to the highest standard of quality and safety. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. Conduct final quality checks and performance tests to ensure control panels function correctly. Document and report any issues or discrepancies to the engineering team. Continuously learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and industry advancements. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Control Panel Assembler or similar role in the engineering industry. Proven experience with wiring, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in using hand and power tools to assemble and install control panels. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety. Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or electronics, would be an asset.
