Developing detailed financial models to support decision-making processes. 2. Leading the financial planning and analysis function, driving efficiency and productivity throughout the organization. 3. Performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. 4. Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. 5. Preparing and presenting financial forecasts to the leadership team. 6. Providing analysis of trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization. 7. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. 8. Participating in strategy development and planning, bringing a financial perspective to business decisions. 9. Using EACs to evaluate and forecast project costs and performance. 10. Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the Tech Services industry. 3. Solid experience with EACs and FP&A. 4. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. 5. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills. 6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information and complex data clearly and accurately. 7. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output. 8. Ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and balance multiple tasks. 9. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. 10. A team player mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
