Strong compensation & benefits, great culture Job Details As a Land Surveyor, you will deliver high-quality surveying services across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties. Based on Landmark Surveying's offerings, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting boundary surveys, accurately defining property lines, easements, and potential encroachments. - Performing topographic surveys to map land contours and surface features"”ideal for planning and drainage assessments. - Delivering ALTA/NSPS surveys, meeting standardized protocols for detailed land title and development needs. - Executing construction layout (staking), placing reference points for building or infrastructure projects. - Completing as-built surveys, documenting actual constructed conditions versus original plans. - Preparing elevation certificates, particularly for properties in flood-prone areas requiring insurance documentation. - Drafting radial maps to determine distances between structures and provide photogrammetric control points. - Your role will blend fieldwork"”with hands-on use of surveying tools"”and office-based tasks like interpreting data, preparing maps, and collaborating with clients and project teams.
