Job Description

Link Technologies (), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager in Las Vegas, NV. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum three (3) years of experience working in an MSP. Experience working in a casino / hospitality environment. Proficient background in Tier 1 support with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Demonstrated ability to oversee the resolution of technical issues and service requests, warranting they are handled efficiently and effectively. Understand and troubleshoot networking issues, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN. In-depth knowledge of Tier 2 troubleshooting and the ability to identify issues requiring escalation. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial position. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes. Experienced with Microsoft O365. Strong leadership and team management skills; foster a positive team environment and provide ongoing support to ensure team members meet their objectives. Documented experience showing effort to continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Possess extensive knowledge of help desk software, ticketing systems, operating systems, productivity software, and common business applications. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus. Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
