Accounts Payable Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate with numbers, and comfortable handling a steady volume of invoices. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Process approximately 450 invoices per week received via email. Enter invoice data into the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy. Research and resolve discrepancies by communicating with the appropriate team members. Assist with weekly check runs. Use Excel to balance and verify totals (basic formulas such as SUM and TOTAL ). Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Highly organized and responsive, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable entering multiple 4-6 digit numbers quickly and accurately. Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable required. Stronger AP experience a plus. Proficiency with Excel at a basic level (totals, sums).
