Could expand to five days a week based on project/deliverable needs. Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: 1. Must be highly organized and enjoys juggling multiple projects at a time 2. Able to develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports 3. Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. 4. Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders 5. Intermediate to expert level skills with Microsoft and, PM tools (i.e. Workfront, Quickbase) or other tools. Responsibilities: • Support ad hoc collateral requests. • Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems. • Intermediate to expert level skills with online PM tools (i.e. Workfront, Quickbase) or other tools. • Work and follow up with project leads on issues and status. Must be diligent, proactive and work professionally with all personnel and contractors to reach a valid, timely and satisfactory conclusion. Must be able to substantiate work products. • Highly accomplished in working with all functions of MS Outlook email client and MS Office. • Participate in team meetings and then follow-up with meeting tasks and to do lists. • Data entry and database management must be highly accurate. • Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion. • Review, follow-up and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors in at timely manner. • Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant stakeholders in a concise and clear manner. **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
