Our client, a leading hospitality group with over 20 entities across the East Coast, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join their corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape pricing, distribution, and revenue strategies across a multi-property portfolio that includes some of the region's most recognized hotels. Revenue Manager Offering: Work directly with senior leadership on revenue strategies impacting multiple brands. Casual, team-oriented environment with monthly company events. Revenue Manager Responsibilities: Maximize revenue by managing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Analyze market trends, forecasts, and competitor activity to drive performance. Lead weekly revenue meetings and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Oversee OTA relationships, ensuring placement, accuracy, and channel performance. Utilize revenue management systems, PMS, and BI tools to optimize results. Provide insights to senior leadership through reporting and data analysis. Revenue Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Prior hotel revenue management experience - multi-property or resort experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency; comfortable with RMS/PMS systems.
