Revenue Manager

Casual, team-oriented environment with monthly company events. Revenue Manager Responsibilities: Maximize revenue by managing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Analyze market trends, forecasts, and competitor activity to drive performance. Lead weekly revenue meetings and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Oversee OTA relationships, ensuring placement, accuracy, and channel performance. Utilize revenue management systems, PMS, and BI tools to optimize results. Provide insights to senior leadership through reporting and data analysis. Revenue Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Prior hotel revenue management experience - multi-property or resort experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency; comfortable with RMS/PMS systems.
