Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate (Load/Unload) Join our team as Cargo/Loader and Unloader. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is committed to safety and efficiency, you'll play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring that goods are handled correctly from the moment they arrive to the moment they are shipped out. Responsibilities Load and Unload: Efficiently and safely load and unload materials from trucks, double-checking contents against shipping invoices. Sorting and Packing: Sort, pack, wrap, and label products according to company procedures. Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment while complying with all safety regulations. You'll also need to be observant and report any issues. Equipment Operation: Use hand trucks, conveyors, or other equipment to move materials throughout the facility. Inventory & Coordination: Perform regular inventory checks, report any discrepancies, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper placement of goods. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and legal guidelines. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy objects Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our diverse team. Safety Knowledge: A good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures is essential. Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is a plus.
