Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance department. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, including robotics, pneumatic, injection and molding machines. Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical and electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve overall plant efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Manage and control maintenance costs, including parts inventory, labor, and outside services. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in managing and maintaining robotics, pneumatic, injection molding, and electromechanical systems. Solid understanding of electrical maintenance and safety protocols. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repair. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is preferred. Certifications in electrical maintenance, safety, or related areas are a plus.
