Bilingual Admissions Sales Coordinator Location:  Plano, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $20-$22/hour (based on experience; growth potential) • Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (32 hours/week) • W2 • Start Date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT Step into a fast-paced admissions sales role where your ability to connect, persuade, and close will directly impact students' futures. As an Admissions Sales Coordinator, you'll manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective students and drive them to commit to training programs that launch rewarding healthcare careers. Success means confidently handling outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, and converting interest into registrations"”all while delivering a professional, bilingual experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective students from lead lists, following up consistently until commitment is gained • Guide prospects through the registration process, overcoming objections and securing enrollment in training classes • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and messages with persuasive, professional communication • Manage application paperwork, class scheduling, and enrollment tracking for vocational and continuing education programs • Collaborate with training staff to ensure smooth onboarding for new students MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years' experience in sales, call center, admissions, or similar closing role • Strong phone presence with proven ability to persuade and gain commitment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large call volume in a fast-paced environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS CRM or student tracking systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, multi-line phone systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Prior experience in admissions, vocational training, or education sales • Strong objection-handling and consultative sales techniques • Familiarity with healthcare or career training industries LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
