Job Details An international law firm is seeking a skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes involving commercial, insurance, maritime, and transportation matters. What You'll Do: Manage all phases of litigation and arbitration, from pre-trial to resolution Handle federal and state insurance claims, including coverage and indemnity issues Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda Take and defend depositions; represent clients in court Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and events What We're Looking For: J.D. and active California Bar membership 7-10 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment Experience with insurance defense, broker liability, and FAAAA preemption Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills Familiarity with managing complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes If you're a proactive litigator interested in high-impact, cross-border work, we encourage you to apply or reach out for more information.
