Job Details Overview: Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team, the CHRO will drive the organization's people strategy, culture, and HR operations across all locations. This leader will shape policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the broader strategic plan while positioning the company as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities: Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO, board, and executive team on all HR matters. Lead HR strategy covering talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and succession planning. Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and risk management. Drive culture transformation, performance management, and leadership development. Ensure policies, processes, and systems are modern, fair, and compliant. Partner with leaders across departments to solve people and business challenges. Qualifications: Master's in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years progressive HR leadership experience, ideally including Director/VP-level roles. Strong track record influencing executives and driving organizational change. Experience in compliance, employee relations, and policy development.
