Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Part-Time Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, part-time capacity while delivering top-notch legal services to our clients. As an estate planning attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on estate planning matters, assisting clients in managing their assets, and ensuring a smooth transition of wealth to the next generation. This role requires a deep understanding of estate administration and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities: As a Consulting Part-Time Estate Planning Attorney, your key responsibilities will include: 1. Consult with clients to understand their estate planning needs and objectives and provide personalized advice and solutions. 2. Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. 3. Assist clients in the administration of estates, including probate proceedings, trust administration, and the preparation of estate tax returns. 4. Provide clients with advice on estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, and asset protection strategies. 5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and advise clients accordingly. 6. Collaborate with other legal professionals, financial advisors, and accountants to ensure a comprehensive approach to estate planning. 7. Address and resolve complex legal issues related to estate planning and administration. Qualifications: To be considered for the role of Consulting Part-Time Estate Planning Attorney, you should possess the following: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the IL state bar and a license to practice law. 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and administration. 4. Strong knowledge of estate planning strategies, estate tax laws, probate procedures, and trust administration. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 6.
