Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney, your main duties will include: 1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on various legal matters to provide guidance to clients and senior attorneys. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal briefs. 3. Ensuring legal compliance in all operations, advising on potential risks, and suggesting preventive measures. 4. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting facts in a concise and effective manner. 5. Collaborating with other attorneys to develop case strategies, interpret laws and regulations, and handle complex legal issues. 6.
