Senior Living Nursing Position We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living community. As an LPN, you will provide direct care to our residents, administer medications, and perform routine charting duties. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing resident needs and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Administer medications, including injections and topical applications, according to physician orders. Conduct regular vital sign checks, document observations, and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment plans, and medication administration. Requirements Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Experience in a nursing capacity in a senior living setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
