Job Details Key Responsibilities: Process multi-state payroll for ~10,000 employees using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). Maintain payroll records, including employee hours, deductions, and benefits data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related questions. Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as needed. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a multi-state environment.
